The exact scope of services will be determined by the applicable quotation, proposal, purchase order, invoice or service agreement.
3. Third-Party Services
Some services supplied by Growth Cloud IT Solutions are provided through third-party technology providers.
Examples may include Google, Microsoft, Zoho, domain registrars, hosting providers and payment processors.
Third-party services are subject to the respective provider’s terms, policies, service availability and licensing conditions.
Growth Cloud IT Solutions does not control the internal infrastructure, policies, service availability or security architecture of third-party providers.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices will be communicated through quotations, proposals, invoices or other written communication.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Applicable taxes, including GST, may be charged separately.
- Payment must be made according to the payment terms specified in the quotation or invoice.
- Third-party license charges may change according to the provider’s pricing.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
5. License Provisioning
For cloud subscriptions and software licenses, provisioning may require customer information such as:
- Domain name
- User information
- Organization details
- Billing information
- Administrator details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for provisioning.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Maintaining authorized administrator access.
- Keeping account credentials secure.
- Providing required permissions for migration or technical work.
- Maintaining valid payment details where applicable.
- Complying with the terms of the relevant software/service provider.
- Ensuring that their use of the services complies with applicable laws.
Customers should not provide passwords through unsecured communication channels unless specifically required through an approved secure process.
7. Migration Services
For email, cloud or data migration projects:
- The customer must provide the required administrative access and permissions.
- Migration timelines may depend on the amount and type of data, source/destination platform, APIs, network conditions and third-party service limitations.
- Growth Cloud IT Solutions will use reasonable efforts to complete the agreed migration scope.
- Customers should maintain appropriate backups where required before migration.
- Migration results can depend on limitations of the source and destination platforms.
8. Service Availability
Growth Cloud IT Solutions will make reasonable efforts to provide services and technical support as agreed.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party cloud platforms, internet connectivity, domain registrars, payment gateways or other external services.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, branding, documentation, proposals and other materials created by Growth Cloud IT Solutions remain the property of Growth Cloud IT Solutions or their respective owners.
Third-party trademarks, logos and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Confidentiality
Growth Cloud IT Solutions will take reasonable measures to protect confidential customer information received during the course of providing services.
Customers should avoid sharing unnecessary confidential information or credentials.
Where a separate NDA or data-processing agreement is executed, its terms will apply as agreed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Growth Cloud IT Solutions will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses resulting from:
- Third-party service outages
- Internet or network failures
- Domain suspension or expiration
- Customer configuration errors
- Unauthorized access resulting from compromised customer credentials
- Third-party policy or pricing changes
- Events outside our reasonable control
Any specific liability will be subject to the applicable service agreement, quotation or contract between the parties.
12. Force Majeure
Growth Cloud IT Solutions will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including major internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, war, strikes or third-party service disruptions.
13. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a service by contacting Growth Cloud IT Solutions.
Cancellation of third-party subscriptions is subject to the applicable provider’s cancellation and refund terms.

14. Changes to Services
Growth Cloud IT Solutions may update, modify or discontinue a service where reasonably necessary, including where changes are required due to third-party provider policies or technology changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the business location of Growth Cloud IT Solutions, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement between the parties.
